What you will do

  • Assist with product management activities for new launches, improvements, optimizations, and line extensions.
  • Provide cross-functional support to resolve product, quality, manufacturing, and customer challenges throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, market gaps, and analyze the competitive landscape.
  • Track product performance and communicate key learnings to relevant workflows for action.
  • Create and manage merchandising, training, and digital content execution for retail.
  • Develop product support materials, including in-box collateral, FAQs, How-to Videos, and troubleshooting scripts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Communications, or Marketing.
  • 1+ years of experience in product development or marketing, preferably within a consumer goods company.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; SharePoint knowledge is a plus.
  • Must be based in Needham, MA, United States.
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, high-impact environment.
