What you will do

• Manage the product offering for Medium Voltage (ANSI/IEEE) switchgear within Commercial, Industrial, and Data Center markets.
• Develop and execute global product roadmaps and comprehensive go-to-market plans to achieve business goals.
• Establish and manage product pricing in alignment with customer needs and company requirements.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and regional business teams to identify target market opportunities and define unique product features.
• Research industry trends and the competitive landscape to provide trend analysis for global offering management.
• Support regional marketing programs and represent the company at customer meetings and industry trade events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, technical sales, or business management.
• Experience with data analysis and the ability to communicate findings to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Smartsheet, and other business applications.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship will not be provided.
