What you will do

• Support the end-to-end development of assigned products from brainstorm phase through mass production.
• Define and iterate product specifications based on consumer needs and market white space.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify sales performance gaps and recommend new product opportunities.
• Lead competitive product analyses to ensure Shark remains the consumer's top choice.
• Collaborate with Testing and Quality organizations to manage performance testing procedures.
• Act as the product expert for cross-functional team inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

• Must be based onsite in Needham, MA
• 2-3+ years of experience in product development, marketing, or human factors engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or Engineering.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
