What you will do

• Define new product opportunities for capital and wearable solutions and lead them through development to regulatory submission.
• Lead the development of customer needs and user requirements, ensuring the voice of the customer is maintained.
• Partner with global commercial teams to analyze market dynamics and monitor customer needs.
• Develop strategic business and marketing plans, including pricing, positioning, and messaging.
• Collaborate with clinical and regulatory teams to align product needs with overall strategies.
• Conduct competitive analysis to inform the portfolio's strategic direction and pipeline.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the medical device industry with significant upstream marketing expertise.
• Proven success in leading new product introductions (NPI) from assessment through to launch.
• Experience in both hardware and software product development.
• Strong influence management skills across various geographies, including Europe, Asia Pacific, and Canada.
• Bachelor's degree in business, science, or a health-related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and flexibility with working hours to accommodate global stakeholders.

• Previous experience in global product marketing and downstream commercial launches.
