What you will do

• Lead the preparation of complete and competitive technical and commercial proposals for complex turnkey hydro projects.
• Define bid structures, create schedules, and manage communication channels across the proposal team.
• Develop winning strategies and facilitate decision-making on partner selection, procurement, and performance levels.
• Negotiate and form partnerships or consortiums with external companies.
• Calculate recommended selling prices based on costs and risk identification.
• Manage the internal bid approval process and lead client negotiations through to contract signing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal or sales work for complex engineering machinery.
• Fluency in French and English languages.
• Legal status to work in Canada.
• Proven leadership ability and strong negotiation skills in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Deep knowledge of the commercial and technical aspects of power plant equipment.
