What you will do

• Lead multi-disciplinary matrix capture teams to design bid-winning and executable solutions for opportunities ≥ $100M.
• Create and execute Capture Management Plans, including competitive analysis, win themes, and pricing strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end pursuit process, including RFI, ITQ, and bid preparation.
• Design and execute strategic communication plans to shape customer requirements and increase win probability.
• Oversee approved capture budgets and ensure compliance with corporate policies and L2A gates.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and Regional Sales Managers to build customer relationships and influence requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business administration, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the aerospace and defence industry.
• Proven experience in proposal, capture, or bid management for complex B2G or B2B programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain NATO Secret Security Clearance.
• Must be based in Canada (Hybrid or Remote).

Nice to have

• Professional certification in proposal or capture management (e.g., APMP).
• Experience with simulation technologies, military training systems, or defence platforms.
• Knowledge of government procurement processes and contracting mechanisms.
• Proficiency in French (verbal and written).
