What you will do
- Exceed territory growth, revenue quotas, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Grow and maintain a healthy regional partner ecosystem to drive technology adoption.
- Present, promote, and sell products to prospective customers using solid arguments.
- Design and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to management.
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven sales experience, including 3+ years of regional sales experience in technology.
- Proven track record of over-achieving sales targets.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-selling environment.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent.
