What you will do

• Build and govern a reliable data platform including infrastructure and tooling.
• Own data privacy and regulatory compliance (GDPR) across multiple global regions.
• Hire and develop technical leadership, including Heads of Engineering and Security.
• Direct IT and operations, covering global office infrastructure and a Salesforce migration.
• Implement AI tools across the business to optimize operational workflows.
• Oversee backend engineering for hirify.global.tech to ensure stack reliability and roadmap progress.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning IT and corporate systems at a consumer brand or scale-up.
• Expertise in building data functions, infrastructure, and governance from scratch.
• Hands-on experience driving GDPR and data privacy compliance programs.
• Track record of shipping operational AI tools and familiarity with agent frameworks.
• Strong security and compliance knowledge across multiple international regions.
• Demonstrated success in hiring and developing high-performing technical leaders.
