What you will do
- Manage target-setting and quota allocation processes across global regions using data-driven methodologies.
- Oversee bonus calculation processes, including incentive tracking and coordination with HR and Payroll.
- Monitor pipeline hygiene, conversion dynamics, and sales process adherence to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop ROI and productivity models to provide visibility on commercial investments and team performance.
- Build and maintain dashboards using HubSpot and BI tools to support stakeholder decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Strategy & Transformation team to implement best practices and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or similar commercial roles.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including reporting and dashboard creation.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Must be based in a European time zone.

- Advanced knowledge of SQL.
- Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or the travel industry.
- Background in commercial planning, incentive schemes, or quota setting.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
