What you will do

• Deliver onboarding, sales, and systems training across both virtual and classroom environments.
• Create engaging, learner-focused sessions using a variety of facilitation techniques to drive retention.
• Support new starters through structured onboarding and real-time coaching and follow-ups.
• Partner with sales leaders to identify capability gaps and translate them into targeted learning solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance outcomes to improve programs.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning by providing relevant tools, content, and resources.

Requirements

• Background in recruitment and/or sales environments.
• Experience delivering both classroom and virtual training.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Proficiency in coaching, questioning, and active listening.
• Understanding of sales performance and modern L&D practices like blended learning.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
