Location: Hybrid (Must be based in the UK and able to regularly visit the Dundee office in Scotland)

What you will do

• Design and deliver performance-focused leadership, management, and team development programs.
• Create seamless end-to-end blended learning experiences across digital, virtual, and face-to-face formats.
• Utilize storytelling, visual design, and behavioral science to craft engaging learning solutions.
• Facilitate experiential and engaging sessions with confidence and warmth.
• Evaluate impact using data and feedback to continuously improve performance outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues and external providers to deliver innovative learning solutions.

Requirements

• Strong experience in designing and delivering blended learning solutions.
• Demonstrable track record of creating learning that drives behavior change and performance.
• Exceptional facilitation and coaching skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for engaging design and experience creation.
• Confidence working with diverse groups at all levels.
• Must be able to commute to the Dundee office on a regular basis.
