Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: 4 days in West London office, 1 day remote).

What you will do

• Deliver engaging training sessions to chauffeurs to ensure a five-star luxury customer experience.
• Assess chauffeur performance against company standards and provide actionable feedback.
• Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions and quality checks to drive continuous improvement.
• Act as a local expert and voice of the chauffeur to provide guidance and support.
• Collaborate with regional peers to refine training processes and exceed passenger expectations.

Requirements

• Must be based in London or able to work from the West London office.
• 2+ years of experience in delivering group training.
• Proven track record of delivering training that meets exacting service standards.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably within the luxury industry.
• Proficiency in Google Slides or PowerPoint for training material creation.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
