What you will do

• Facilitate engaging training sessions via live virtual, in-person workshops, and asynchronous formats.
• Tailor learning experiences and content based on customer discovery and specific data sets.
• Develop deep expertise in the hirify.global product suite, including Analytics, Session Replay, and Experimentation.
• Integrate AI tools into training design and preparation workflows to scale impact and efficiency.
• Partner with the global Education team and cross-functional stakeholders to refine training content.
• Support and enable regional services partners through Train-the-Trainer programs and coaching.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer within a SaaS or AI company.
• Fluency in English and French (required).
• Must be based in London with a willingness to travel 50–60% across the EMEA region.
• Proven ability to explain complex analytics and AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms and customer behavior analytics.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and contribute to refining internal processes.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Experience with API Configuration and SQL.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
