What you will do

• Deliver induction and on-the-job training programs for new recruits in a dynamic and engaging manner.
• Provide structured one-to-one coaching to enhance consultative selling capabilities and sales performance.
• Develop and update training materials and refresher courses in collaboration with the L&D Business Partner.
• Maintain and communicate expert knowledge of telematics products and competitor market trends.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers and the Fleet Sales Director to set and review training objectives.
• Promote and deliver Advanced Solutions training to other internal departments, including fuel and smart solutions teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a training or coaching role.
• Experience working in an office environment, preferably within B2B sales.
• Full UK driving license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
• Strong oral and presentation communication skills with a professional manner.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks while working under pressure.
