What you will do

• Support process owners in publishing, revising, and improving QMS documentation.
• Validate cross-functional workflows to ensure efficient process execution.
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance data to identify trends and risks.
• Support change management activities related to system and tool updates.
• Develop and deliver training on quality processes and tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or 6+ years of equivalent experience in quality.
• Must be based in or near Overland Park, KS.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 principles and Quality Management Systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Certification in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015).
• Lean or Six Sigma certifications.
• General knowledge of engineering, design, or construction processes.
