What you will do

• Lead the development and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) across production sites.

• Monitor in-process quality control activities and ensure immediate resolution of production floor issues.
• Develop and maintain quality reporting systems, KPIs, and performance dashboards for leadership.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and sales teams to align on quality expectations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on quality management.
• Proven leadership experience in QMS implementation, audits, and compliance.
• Strong background in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and production data to drive operational decisions.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (50% or more).
