What you will do

• Develop internal visual standards, workflows, and dashboards using JIRA and PowerBI.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis using SQL and Python to identify trends and influence operational decisions.
• Implement construction management and maintenance tools to reduce engineering and technical waste.
• Standardize procurement processes and material libraries to improve project lead times.
• Analyze site services including utilities, cooling, and fiber to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across hirify.global sites to eliminate duplicated work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in operations or process improvement.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, or Python.
• Must be able to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Ability to travel domestically on short notice.

Nice to have

• Experience in data center, hyperscale infrastructure, or manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence principles.
• Familiarity with CAD, ArcGIS, Archibus, or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of critical infrastructure systems like MEP, BMS, or SCADA.
