Process Engineer

What you will do

• Manage the Material Review Board (MRB) process and resolve non-conforming material issues.
• Lead corrective action programs for internal, customer, and supplier quality problems.
• Identify and implement action plans to improve quality and reduce manufacturing scrap.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
• Coordinate with UL and CSA agencies and manage test equipment inventory.
• Conduct internal audits and support process engineering change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or a related field (or Associate’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience).
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Leominster, MA.
• Proven experience with project management and problem-solving methodologies.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis and statistical analytical tools.
• Understanding of quality system requirements and documentation standards.

Nice to have

• Lean and Six Sigma certification.
• Experience working with SAP.
