What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and design of complex, large-scale CCaaS solutions, integrating voice and digital channels.
• Architect solutions utilizing embedded and third-party AI/ML services for conversational AI, sentiment analysis, and intelligent workflow orchestration.
• Create, customize, and deliver high-impact product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to sales teams and executives on security, compliance, and API integration.
• Analyze the CCaaS competitive landscape to effectively position hirify.global's differentiation against competitors like Genesys and NICE.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or solution architecture.
• 5+ years of dedicated CCaaS/SaaS/Cloud contact center experience.
• Deep knowledge of modern cloud reference architectures, microservices, and global multi-region deployments.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and CPaaS concepts.
• Fluency in English and Turkish is required.
• Must be based in Turkey; no sponsorship is available for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience with heritage hirify.global on-premise portfolio (hirify.global Aura, Elite).
• Basic familiarity with scripting languages like JavaScript or Python for prototyping.
• Cloud certifications from AWS or Azure, or specialized CCaaS vendor certifications.
