Location: Remote (Must reside within the assigned territory, specifically Pittsburgh, PA area)

Salary: $170,000 - $210,000

What you will do

  • Act as the primary customer contact for sales demand creation and execute marketing strategies to promote hirify.global products.
  • Provide comprehensive clinical knowledge of products and communicate on-label clinical benefits to healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement a territory business plan to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze territory sales data weekly to prioritize physician targeting and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Prepare territory budget plans for customer contacts and local symposia.
  • Report all adverse events to the Drug Safety department in accordance with required guidelines.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or located near the Pittsburgh, PA geographic territory.
  • BA/BS degree in business or science.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Hematology/Oncology with intimate knowledge of UP-MC and AHN health systems.
  • Minimum 5 years of dedicated hospital selling experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of biologics sales experience utilizing specialty pharmacies.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory, including overnights, up to 40-50% of the time.

Nice to have

  • 3-5 years of experience in rare disease.
  • 3-5 years of experience with oral medications, specialty Pharmacies, and HUB.
