TL;DR

Conversion Optimization Manager (Fintech): Managing the day-to-day operations of an established experimentation program with an accent on A/B testing, funnel analysis, and conversion performance monitoring. Focus on executing the test roadmap, maintaining statistical rigor, and collaborating across web, design, and marketing teams to drive CVR improvements.

Location: Must be based in Plano, Texas, or able to commute to the office for a hybrid schedule (Mon, Tue, Thu).

What you will do

  • Execute the A/B test roadmap using Amplitude Experiment, including setup, monitoring, and analysis.
  • Own weekly and monthly CVR reporting across all channels using Amplitude and Hockeystack.
  • Proactively identify and diagnose funnel anomalies and conversion drops.
  • Implement non-test CVR improvements such as copy updates and UX fixes.
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen to align PPC landing pages with campaign messaging.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all tests and deliver a clean handoff at the end of the contract.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on CRO experience.
  • Direct experience with Amplitude Experiment and Amplitude Analytics is required.
  • Familiarity with Segment (Twilio CDP) for behavioral audience building.
  • Strong analytical fluency in funnel analysis and test result interpretation.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Salesforce reporting.
  • Must be able to work in the Plano, TX office on a hybrid schedule (Mon, Tue, Thu).

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS or fintech environments.
  • Ability to understand complex buying journeys.
