Salary: $128,000–$158,000 annually + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do
- Lead co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners including platforms, SIs, ISVs, and financial institutions.
- Align with Global Alliances to support joint GTM motions, target accounts, and revenue goals.
- Own the partner sponsorship program for the global merchant conference, IMPACT.
- Develop partner-facing enablement assets including joint messaging, value propositions, and sales materials.
- Measure and optimize partner marketing performance and attribution frameworks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and RevOps to scale programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B marketing with hands-on experience in partner, channel, or ecosystem marketing.
- Proven ability to drive partner programs from strategy to measurable results.
- Experience collaborating with sales and alliances teams to support revenue-driven motions.
- Familiarity with complex enterprise partner ecosystems and GTM models.
- Proficiency with marketing tools, CRM systems like Salesforce, and analytics platforms.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Background in e-commerce, fintech, or payments.
- Experience supporting enterprise or ABM-focused GTM motions.
- Familiarity with enterprise partner ecosystems.
