TL;DR

Partner Marketing Manager (Fintech): Driving global partner strategy and co-marketing programs to accelerate pipeline growth and bookings with an accent on strategic alliances and revenue alignment. Location: Must be based in the United States. The company operates a hybrid model; team members near key hubs are expected to work from the office at least three days per week.

Salary: $128,000–$158,000 annually + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

  • Lead co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners including platforms, SIs, ISVs, and financial institutions.
  • Align with Global Alliances to support joint GTM motions, target accounts, and revenue goals.
  • Own the partner sponsorship program for the global merchant conference, IMPACT.
  • Develop partner-facing enablement assets including joint messaging, value propositions, and sales materials.
  • Measure and optimize partner marketing performance and attribution frameworks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and RevOps to scale programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing with hands-on experience in partner, channel, or ecosystem marketing.
  • Proven ability to drive partner programs from strategy to measurable results.
  • Experience collaborating with sales and alliances teams to support revenue-driven motions.
  • Familiarity with complex enterprise partner ecosystems and GTM models.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools, CRM systems like Salesforce, and analytics platforms.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Background in e-commerce, fintech, or payments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or ABM-focused GTM motions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise partner ecosystems.
