Salary: $200K – $215K + Equity

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel demand generation strategy with clear MQL and pipeline targets.
  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels including Google Ads and LinkedIn to maximize ROI.
  • Build and refine email nurture sequences, lead scoring, and lifecycle workflows in HubSpot.
  • Own the demand dashboard and report on pipeline performance, conversion rates, and channel ROI.
  • Coordinate with the BDR team to align outbound campaigns and improve lead follow-up workflows.
  • Run structured experiments on messaging, landing pages, and audiences to drive growth.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, ideally at a growth-stage company.
  • Hands-on expertise where pipeline is the primary success metric.
  • Deep proficiency with HubSpot marketing automation and reporting.
  • Proven ability to coordinate with BDR/SDR teams and integrate inbound/outbound efforts.
  • Analytical mindset with experience building dashboards and making data-driven budget decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex logic and data to leadership and sales teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience in FP&A, fintech, or adjacent B2B software categories.
  • Familiarity with ABM tools like Clay, 6sense, or Demandbase.
  • Experience with AEO/GEO strategies for AI-driven search.
  • Proficiency with product analytics tools like PostHog or Google Analytics 4.
