What you will do

• Drive adoption of Fin AI capabilities to automate and scale customer support operations for strategic prospects.
• Embed with customers to understand technical requirements and business challenges to ensure outstanding results.
• Code side-by-side with customers' technical teams as a trusted expert to drive projects to completion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Success, and Product teams to provide actionable product feedback and ensure seamless delivery.
• Contribute to the Forward Deployed Software Engineering function by codifying best practices and sharing insights.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or Physics.
• Experience building SaaS products with real-world usage.
• Deep knowledge of at least one high-level programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Ruby).
• Proficiency in using and writing REST APIs to integrate systems effectively.
• Ability to prototype and ship high-quality software quickly with a focus on business outcomes.
• Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland, and able to work in-office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience as a former founder or early startup engineer.
• Deep interest in AI/ML architectures, including their trade-offs and limitations.
