Location: Dublin, Ireland, hybrid with 3 days per week onsite required

• Lead AI initiatives from concept to production-ready solutions
• Shape technical direction and design choices for AI projects

• Develop best practices in AI engineering including prompt engineering and evaluation

Requirements

• Must be located in or near Dublin, Ireland with hybrid work onsite 3 days per week
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher
• Strong software engineering experience at senior level
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and backend Node.js/NestJS
• Experience with Python for AI workflows and applications
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt design, retrieval augmented generation, and AI system monitoring
