What you will do

  • Own and execute regional field marketing strategies aligned with sales priorities and GTM initiatives to drive pipeline growth.
  • Plan and deliver end-to-end regional programs, including hosted events, trade shows, executive experiences, and community programs.
  • Develop tailored messaging and communications for technical and executive audiences to drive engagement and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and SDR teams to align on target accounts and ensure effective outreach and follow-up.
  • Develop and execute partner-led regional programs to increase audience reach and pipeline impact.
  • Manage program KPIs, budgets, and post-event analysis to refine strategy and demonstrate ROI.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS field marketing experience with a track record of driving revenue outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience managing field programs end-to-end, from strategy through execution and follow-up.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and project management tools (Asana is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills with experience marketing to technical audiences (DevOps, cloud, or security).
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, including occasional international travel.
  • Must have the right to work independently in the UK or Ireland without requiring sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience using AI tools to improve planning, content creation, and operational efficiency.
  • Prior experience in developer-focused or cybersecurity markets.
