What you will do

• Deliver the annual marketing plan to ensure strong market positioning and alignment with UK & Ireland priorities.
• Lead digital marketing activities and develop high-quality, targeted campaign materials.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from development and launch through to optimisation and phase-out.
• Utilize market and customer insights to drive product strategy and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and commercial teams to enhance product performance and innovation.
• Ensure alignment across Sales, Technical, Supply Chain, and Communications teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience combining product management and marketing within technical, construction, building materials, or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to translate customer insights into clear, actionable product and marketing strategies.
• Strong digital marketing expertise, including SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and multi-channel campaigns.
