Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote-permitted or on-site in Washington, D.C.)

Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 USD

What you will do

• Oversee relationships and value propositions for hirify.global Member organizations within an assigned portfolio.
• Generate leads and assess opportunities for placing hirify.global programs and digital products on station platforms.
• Achieve goals related to program revenue, carriage, and digital services adoption.
• Negotiate fees, gather financial information, and operationalize onboarding workflows.
• Manage legal agreements and license compliance in collaboration with the Legal department.
• Maintain relationship data and present reports and dashboards to leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing complex partner accounts or B2B business relationships.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Extensive experience documenting and organizing data in Salesforce.
• Knowledge of the public radio system and the broader broadcast/media landscape.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
