What you will do

• Develop and execute new commerce partnerships and growth initiatives to drive revenue.
• Build and manage a pipeline of brand partners for sponsorships and collaborations.
• Create integrated programs spanning affiliate marketing, content, social, and influencer activations.
• Identify new partnership models and underutilized retailers to scale business growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to bring new programs to market.
• Develop proposals, pitch decks, and performance recaps to optimize partnership scale.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, media, PR, or brand marketing.
• Must be based in New York, NY and able to work in-office at least four days per week.
• Strong proficiency in affiliate rates, affiliate platforms, and affiliate reporting.
• Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for building partner narratives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
