Marketing Manager (Design Studio)

Salary: $80,000 - $125,000 a year

What you will do

• Develop and track short and long-term marketing and growth goals in collaboration with leadership.
• Manage owned channels including the website, social media, and online listings using WordPress and Mailchimp.
• Coordinate PR efforts, including managing consultants, article submissions, and publication relations.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and event channels.
• Support business development by tracking pursuits, maintaining pipeline visibility, and contributing to proposals (RFP/RFQ).
• Coordinate project photography, including scouting and conducting project photoshoots.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Knowledge of the business development proposal process (RFP/RFQ).
• Must be based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York to work in a hybrid onsite capacity.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in the A/E/C industry, specifically within an architectural design firm.
