What you will do

  • Act as an interim resource in chapters to manage day-to-day wish-granting functions including onboarding, design, and vendor engagement.
  • Assess chapter workflows and risk areas to stabilize and advance wish pipelines independently.
  • Coordinate the transfer of wishes between chapters to ensure timely fulfillment when local capacity is constrained.
  • Provide operational advisory and stabilization support during chapter leadership or staffing transitions.
  • Collaborate with national and chapter leadership to align execution with organizational standards and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business, or related field.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No sponsorship provided).
  • 5+ years of program management or shared services experience, preferably in a federated non-profit.
  • 2+ years in a people management or leadership position.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and WVC.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
