Senior Product Manager (Consumer)

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States, excluding Hawaii)

Salary: $180,965 – $212,900 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead the patient experience strategy to simplify how people find, start, and stay engaged with mental health care.
• Analyze data and collaborate with user researchers and data scientists to identify and resolve patient pain points.
• Lead a dedicated engineering team to design, launch, and iterate on product improvements.
• Measure the impact of features on patient engagement and clinical outcomes.
• Articulate product strategy, tradeoffs, and outcomes to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with consumer-facing or marketplace products.
• Proven track record of using data and user insights to drive measurable UX improvements.
• Experience conducting A/B tests and utilizing statistical techniques for evaluation.
• Must be based in the United States (currently not hiring in Hawaii).
• Excellent communication skills for articulating strategy and results.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a two-sided marketplace, optimizing supply and demand dynamics.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
