What you will do
- Lead discovery and research via user interviews, usability studies, diary studies, and behavioral analysis
- Synthesize insights into actionable decisions and narratives for stakeholders
- Build, ship, and optimize core consumer journeys across multiple platforms
- Define metrics tied to user behavior and health outcomes, iterating based on data
- Write PRDs, UX briefs, and acceptance criteria to guide delivery
- Communicate vision, trade-offs, and progress to teams and leadership
- Drive experiments and scale successful initiatives for engagement and health results
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience or equivalent
- 3+ years leading end-to-end consumer-facing mobile products
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills with data-informed mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication for synthesizing insights
- Proven collaboration with Design, Engineering, and cross-functional teams
- Experience translating research into product plans and measurable outcomes
- Comfort with rapid experimentation, iterative delivery, and prioritization
