What you will do

• Lead discovery and research via user interviews, usability studies, diary studies, and behavioral analysis
• Synthesize insights into actionable decisions and narratives for stakeholders
• Build, ship, and optimize core consumer journeys across multiple platforms
• Define metrics tied to user behavior and health outcomes, iterating based on data
• Write PRDs, UX briefs, and acceptance criteria to guide delivery
• Communicate vision, trade-offs, and progress to teams and leadership
• Drive experiments and scale successful initiatives for engagement and health results

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience or equivalent
• 3+ years leading end-to-end consumer-facing mobile products
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills with data-informed mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication for synthesizing insights
• Proven collaboration with Design, Engineering, and cross-functional teams
• Experience translating research into product plans and measurable outcomes
• Comfort with rapid experimentation, iterative delivery, and prioritization
