Salary: $93,300 - $121,700

What you will do

• Lead the development of policies, processes, and structures to oversee research design, data collection, and dissemination.
• Design data access control models and evaluate data sensitivity to enable responsible biomedical data sharing.
• Collaborate with researchers, consortia, and funders to ensure the ethical conduct of research and protect participant welfare.
• Integrate AI and emerging technologies to modernize governance workflows, documentation, and process improvement.
• Manage compliance monitoring, including incident investigations and the implementation of Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA) plans.
• Develop and socialize governance standards and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience working with data within a biomedical human research setting (academic, hospital, or pharma).
• Deep knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices related to human research data.
• Experience preparing materials for and submitting to Institutional Review Boards (IRBs), including multi-site protocols.
• Proven track record of developing and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and CAPA planning.
• Proficiency with task management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Google/MS Suites.
