Salary: $150,000–$180,000 base + stock options

What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of accounts, scoping client questions and delivering actionable insights.
- Operate and steer a proprietary agentic AI system, integrating new datasets and validating outputs.
- Analyze healthcare claims data and other complex datasets to distinguish genuine signals from data artifacts.
- Translate commercial strategy into technical data requirements and vice versa.
- Set the delivery standard for the ASP team and mentor junior members as the function scales.
- Collaborate directly with founders to influence the future product roadmap.
Requirements
- Commercial life sciences fluency (pharma/biotech commercial operations, market access, brand strategy).
- LLM-native proficiency (experience prompting, steering, and evaluating AI agent outputs).
- Background in data science or data engineering.
- Experience with healthcare claims data.
- Strong analytical mind and client-facing communication skills.
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in consulting or forward-deployed roles.
- Familiarity with additional healthcare dataset types (EHR/EMR, lab, specialty pharmacy).
- Light scripting skills (e.g., Python).
- 5+ years of experience.
