TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in the NY office)

Salary: $128,000 - $176,000

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of 4-6 parallel projects involving real-world data (RWD) deliverables.
  • Design fit-for-purpose RWE solutions by defining patient cohorts and analytic approaches.
  • Collaborate with Life Sciences teams and pharma customers to align on budget and timelines.
  • Act as the primary link between technical teams (engineering, data science, research oncology) and end-users.
  • Optimize and automate repeatable processes to reduce manual workload.
  • Represent the end-user's voice to identify friction points and knowledge gaps.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare consulting, RWD/RWE, CRO/ARO, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for cross-functional audiences.
  • Strong project management skills for high-volume task environments.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Okta, and automation or AI tools.
  • Must be able to work from the New York office (3 days per week).

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of SQL or an interest in learning it.
