What you will do

• Serve as the SCM Subject Matter Expert (SME), translating business needs into clear requirements, outcomes, and acceptance criteria.
• Define target-state business capabilities and develop detailed business process maps using BPMN.
• Manage demand intake and backlog governance via ServiceNow and Azure DevOps (ADO) to ensure traceability.
• Conduct business impact assessments and coordinate UAT for quarterly Oracle releases.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit to embed compliance and controls into SCM business requirements.
• Influence the Oracle product roadmap by coordinating with vendor community product groups and submitting enhancement requests.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with Oracle SCM Cloud applications (or HS diploma and 9+ years).
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud ERP, specifically SCM Cloud applications.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Superior verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with professionals at all levels.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience working within a professional services firm (accounting, financial services, banking).
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence Reporting Tools such as OneStream or Hyperion.
