Salary: $100,600 - $151,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Life Sciences clients to ensure project alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop and execute account strategies for EHR-focused offerings.
• Lead internal cross-functional teams including project management, creative, and business development.
• Provide strategic guidance on optimizing EHR workflows, data capture, and clinical decision support.
• Collaborate with client leadership to align on Health IT initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a healthcare agency, life sciences consulting firm, or health-focused client services.
• Proven success in building and maintaining senior-level client relationships.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital health or healthcare technology initiatives.
• Familiarity with EHR workflows and Health IT strategies.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing, FDA regulations, and compliance (OPDP, PhRMA).
• Experience with project management platforms such as Workfront or Veeva.
