What you will do

• Serve as the primary strategic partner for Life Sciences clients, ensuring project alignment with objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop and execute account strategies focused on EHR-enabled offerings.
• Lead internal cross-functional teams including project management, creative, and business development.
• Provide strategic guidance on optimizing EHR workflows, data capture, and clinical decision support.
• Collaborate with senior leadership in life science organizations to align Health IT initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a healthcare agency or life sciences consulting firm.
• Proven success in building and maintaining senior-level client relationships.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting digital health or healthcare technology initiatives.
• Familiarity with EHR workflows and clinical decision-making.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and FDA regulations (OPDP, PhRMA guidelines).
• Experience with project management platforms such as Workfront or Veeva.
