What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of biopharma sponsor accounts, leading recurring calls and business reviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsor requests, ensuring prompt response and satisfaction.
• Translate sponsor goals into cross-functional delivery plans involving Clinical Operations, Provider Engagement, and Marketing.
• Prepare audit-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations while maintaining account data in the CRM.
• Partner with Clinical Operations to identify quality signals and advocate for improvements.
• Support account renewals by tracking milestones and demonstrating the value delivered to clients.

Requirements

• 3–7 years in a sponsor- or client-facing role in healthcare or life sciences, with direct ownership of client relationships.
• Proven ability to lead client meetings and drive cross-functional teams to deliver on commitments.
• Fluent English with strong executive presence and precise communication skills.
• High ownership and proficiency in reporting tools including CRM, Excel, and Slides.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the oncology clinical trial and patient-enrollment process.
• Experience at a patient-recruitment or enrollment services vendor.
• Academic background in life sciences (Medicine, Nursing, Biology, Pharmacology, or Engineering).
• Awareness of healthcare privacy regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR.
