What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of regional accounts and drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells for strategic accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications and escalations.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product teams to deliver value-based solutions.
• Monitor account health and proactively address risks or opportunities.
• Represent the company at regional industry events and client workshops.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in account management or customer success.
• Must be based in the US.
• Strong understanding of the pharma or life sciences industry.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field.
