TL;DR

Location: Charlotte, NC, USA. Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Salary: $120,000 – $180,000+

What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of 4 advisors to improve performance, accountability, and professional development.
  • Drive key metrics including CSI, ELR, hours per RO, menu penetration, and advisor effectiveness.
  • Conduct daily lane huddles and provide consistent one-on-one coaching and feedback.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns with empathy and ownership to ensure a customer-first experience.
  • Partner with the Service Manager and Shop Foreman to align service lane flow with shop capacity.
  • Maintain high standards for RO quality, pricing accuracy, and manufacturer compliance.

Requirements

  • Proven automotive service leadership experience as a Lane Manager or Lead Advisor.
  • Strong understanding of Toyota service processes and dealership operations.
  • Track record of improving advisor performance and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • Authorized to work in the USA.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug tests.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Ford service processes.
  • Proficiency with DMS systems such as CDK or Reynolds.
