Salary: $105,600 - $140,700

What you will do

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, throughput, and cost efficiency.
• Maintain a strong shop-floor presence by monitoring production metrics and ensuring standard work compliance.
• Analyze production flow, labor utilization, and downtime trends to identify and implement practical process improvements.
• Partner with production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve operational issues.
• Support equipment changes, manufacturing readiness, and plant-wide process optimization projects.
• Mentor team members and serve as a technical resource for manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial, or process engineering.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship (No H-1B, OPT, etc.).
• Must be able to work onsite full-time in Lockport, NY.
• Proven track record of leading continuous improvement projects with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data-driven problem solving.

Nice to have

• Experience with GM production systems, Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar simulation software.
