What you will do
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation.
- Manage and retain existing client accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and service renewal.
- Prepare proposals and explain technical service offerings to prospective and current clients.
- Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline tracking, and contract renewal schedules.
- Collaborate with operations and subject matter experts to ensure client needs are met and proposals are closed.
- Stay informed on industry standards, competitor activities, and market risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Excellent communication, listening, and customer service skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- General knowledge of database management and menu-driven reporting.
