What you will do

  • Administer billing and matter management software, including routine data entry and basic troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate vendor, budget, and deadline information across department systems and trackers.
  • Coordinate invoice intake, coding, and resolution in collaboration with Finance, Procurement, and Accounts Payable.
  • Assist with legal spend tracking, financial summaries, and budget-to-actual reporting.
  • Support the Law & Compliance operating rhythm by managing meeting agendas and tracking action items.
  • Utilize technology tools, including AI-enabled tools, to summarize information and improve reporting efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, billing coordination, finance administration, or legal operations.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Beaverton, OR, United States.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort working with financial data and spreadsheets.
  • High degree of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential legal and financial information.
  • Ability to consistently follow up and manage deadlines across multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience with e-billing, ERP, procurement, or matter management systems.
