What you will do

• Process high-volume email inquiries, including payments, liability reassignment, and dispute handling.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external clients via email and phone.
• Research tolls and violations within iFACS to determine resolution status.
• Review and audit email processes and update internal dashboards and wikis.
• Maintain detailed process documentation and tracking.
• Support leadership with special projects as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in an office environment performing administrative duties and data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to use office equipment such as copiers and scanners.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
