What you will do

  • Optimize and integrate gaming campaigns to boost revenue and engagement via retargeting and industry-specific tech tools.
  • Act as the primary technical expert to provide solutions and devise strategies for complex client issues.
  • Collaborate daily with commercial, traffic, and creative internal teams to solve technical challenges.
  • Provide strategic retargeting recommendations to improve client advertising performance.
  • Supervise the creation of dynamic advertising materials and test campaign parameters.
  • Propose and help develop new internal tools and technical processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in ad tech mobile gaming growth, specifically with in-app performance retargeting and managed DSP processes.
  • Proficiency in working with MMPs and other data analytics integration tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage technical issues independently.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Must be located in Poland.

  • Knowledge of JavaScript or other programming languages.
