What you will do
- Drive complex enterprise initiatives including M&A integrations, system redesigns, and new tool rollouts.
- Partner with engineers, architects, and security teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical decisions.
- Translate business objectives into clear delivery plans with defined scope, risks, and milestones.
- Apply and improve PMO standards, templates, and reporting practices to ensure consistency.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to innovate PMO workflows and elevate delivery efficiency.
- Provide clear, outcome-focused reporting tailored to diverse global stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading complex, enterprise-wide technical initiatives end-to-end.
- Technical fluency to navigate discussions on infrastructure, integrations, and security trade-offs.
- Demonstrated experience applying AI and automation within the project management domain.
- Strong execution discipline with the ability to simplify complexity and bring structure to ambiguity.
- Experience working across global, multi-timezone teams in a remote environment.
- Ability to influence without formal authority and adapt communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
