What you will do

• Drive digital channel growth strategy for online ordering, third-party delivery, and loyalty programs to increase sales and frequency.
• Establish performance dashboards and reporting routines for KPIs like conversion, average check, and retention.
• Translate digital strategies into SOPs and playbooks for internal teams, agencies, and franchisees.
• Optimize third-party delivery platforms to improve awareness and profitability while maintaining brand standards.
• Scale first-party e-commerce and loyalty capabilities, shaping customer journeys and activation plans.
• Oversee social media, website, and SEO performance to drive traffic and conversion within the digital ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally within QSR, retail, or franchised environments.
• Demonstrated experience launching and scaling digital platforms such as online ordering or loyalty apps.
• Verbal and written fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Must be based in Mexico City.
• Ability to travel locally and internationally up to 10%.
