What you will do

• Develop sales enablement materials and partner-facing narratives tailored for the Mexican advertising market.
• Own partner marketing strategy and execution across key strategic partners in Mexico.
• Localize research, market trends, and business opportunities into actionable programs and activation ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Ad Sales, Brand Marketing, Research, and Product Marketing.
• Identify and lead co-marketing opportunities, campaigns, and events to expand market presence.
• Build repeatable frameworks for partner collaboration, messaging, and creative development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B, sales, or partner marketing within media, advertising, or ad tech.
• Strong expertise in the Mexico advertising market and local agency/media ecosystem.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Proven ability to develop go-to-market programs and commercial narratives.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
